Top Pack Defense was established in 2016 by Tony & Stephanie Orr and their three children. They started Top Pack Defense with their growing passion of the firearm industry. The business continued to grow with their enthusiasm and started to reach new heights with providing equipment to first responders. Through word of mouth, long hours, and immense dedication; Top Pack Defense has become a well-known business in the Madison/Sun Prairie area and is quickly growing across the entire state of Wisconsin.
